PRIVACY

A clear account of
the conversation.

How Malu Lani Innovations handles information shared through this website and its partnership inquiry.

What the inquiry collects

The first step asks for your name, email, organization or practice, general location, preferred contact method, areas of interest, and explicit permission to store and use that information for this inquiry. If you continue, later steps may include information about your work, community, needs, timing, priorities, and optional notes. Please do not include health records, payment information, passwords, government identifiers, or other sensitive information.

Incomplete inquiries

We save the first step only when you select the consent box and choose “Save & continue.” With that permission, Malulani may follow up about the inquiry even when later steps are not completed. We do not silently save fields as you type. The site currently stores inquiry records in its protected website database; it does not claim that a separate CRM is connected.

How the information is used

We use inquiry information to understand and respond to your request, assess possible fit, coordinate follow-up, protect and operate the website, keep appropriate business records, and meet legal obligations. Consent to an inquiry follow-up is not consent to unrelated marketing.

Sharing, retention, and security

Information may be processed by providers supporting hosting, security, and business communications, or disclosed when required by law or needed to protect rights and safety. We keep it only as long as reasonably necessary for the inquiry, appropriate business records, disputes, security, and legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

Your choices

You can ask to review or delete information linked to your inquiry, or withdraw permission for future inquiry contact, by emailing clintandshelly@malulaniinnovations.com. We may need enough information to verify and fulfill the request. Available rights depend on applicable law.

Optional website analytics

If you choose “Allow analytics,” we use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand visits to our public pages. Analytics can include public page addresses, page titles, engagement information, and browser or device information. We remove query strings and fragments from the page addresses we send, and do not send inquiry fields, contact details, or inquiry-page activity to Analytics. We do not enable advertising tracking as part of this setup.

Analytics starts only after you opt in. You can decline, or change and withdraw your choice using “Analytics choices” at the bottom of the page. Your preference is saved in this browser. Withdrawal stops future measurement and removes this site’s analytics cookies. Google processes analytics information under its partner-site privacy explanation.

External destinations

Individual brand sites, storefronts, booking sites, and other destinations linked from Malulani have their own privacy practices. This notice was updated September 4, 2026.
